Customer Relations Representative
who can provide outstanding support to clients while confidently identifying and closing
in-book sales opportunities
within our existing customer accounts.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). Candidates not yet licensed must be willing to obtain both licenses— with full support and guidance from our team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Outstanding Service
Handle inquiries, resolve client issues, and consistently provide an exceptional customer experience.
Drive Retention & Sales Growth
Identify in-book sales opportunities, assist with coverage upgrades, and recommend additional policies that add value for existing clients.
Stay Organized & Accurate
Maintain up-to-date client records, process changes efficiently, and ensure follow-through on all service requests.
Collaborate for Success
Work closely with the agency team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to shared sales and service goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
A service-first attitude with the confidence to pivot into sales conversations
Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Active P&C and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain with agency support
Competitive base pay
