Responsibilities
Build lasting connections with clients, identify new opportunities, and solve problems like a pro.
Create referral magic with realtors, builders, and your amazing network. Attend open houses, host agent appreciation events, and build genuine relationships with our expert operations team.
Analyze financial situations, match clients with their perfect loan, and confidently guide them through the journey of mortgage lending with calm and caring advice.
Use market insights and real‑time data to craft campaigns that achieve your targeted outreach goals.

Qualifications
Proactive networker continuously expanding your referral sphere of influence.

Lifelong learner constantly honing your skills and staying ahead of the curve.
BA/BS or 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in retail residential mortgages.
Winning track record with purchase/refinance loans.
Strong relationships with local referral networks.
Active NMLS# required.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
