Customer Service Specialist - TS/SCI with Poly
General Dynamics Information Technology is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph. The role will support customers and technicians via phone, chat, and email, ensuring tickets are accurately processed and routed.
Job Overview As a Customer Service Analyst Associate, you will validate work requests, manage task prioritization, and escalate issues when necessary.
Responsibilities
Provide support via telephone, chat, and/or email to customers and technicians.
Validate work requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
Prioritize and assign daily work/tasks based on SLA times, priority, and first-in, first-out.
Escalate problems or tickets to higher level management when required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year related experience.
Security clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly.
US citizenship required.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Working Conditions
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD, USA.
Hours: 40 hours per week, scheduled shifts (Saturday & Sunday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, additional two days of choice).
Travel: less than 10%.
Telecommuting: onsite.
