Job Description
Receives Purchase Orders from Emails, SPS. Entering SOMS
Creates Sales Orders on SAP
Creates Production Orders on SAP
Maintain and update vendor records and files
Coordinate with the QA team to request and obtain export numbers as needed
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
Use Excel spreadsheets to track orders, monitor status, and provide timely updates to the Inventory Manager
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all order and data management activities
Ability to Commute: Chatsworth, CA 91311 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Chatsworth, CA 91311: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
Schedule: Full time, Onsite, Monday- Friday, weekends if needed
The pay range: $19.50-$21.00/ per hour
Qualifications: Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic to intermediate formulas
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
