Job Description
Receives Purchase Orders from Emails, SPS and enters SOMS
Creates Sales Orders on SAP
Creates Production Orders on SAP
Maintains and updates vendor records and files
Coordinates with the QA team to request and obtain export numbers as needed
Collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
Uses Excel spreadsheets to track orders, monitor status, and provide timely updates to the Inventory Manager
Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all order and data management activities
Commute to Chatsworth, CA 91311 (required)
Relocate to Chatsworth, CA 91311 prior to starting work (required)
Work location: in person
Schedule: Full time, onsite, Monday‑Friday, weekends if needed
The pay range: $19.50‑$21.00 per hour
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic to intermediate formulas
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
