Responsibilities
Develop and implement roadshow marketing programs to maximize brand awareness and product trial. Expand activations across California, starting in the Los Angeles region. Identify and secure new retail partnerships and event opportunities. Oversee event logistics, including setup, inventory management, and compliance with retailer/vendor requirements. Recruit, train, and lead a team of Brand Ambassadors across multiple locations. Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. Maintain a motivated and high-performing team through coaching, performance tracking, and incentive programs. Set and track roadshow sales targets, including conversion rates, revenue per event, and customer interactions. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to refine roadshow strategies. Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership teams. Work with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation for roadshows and retail events. Manage order processing and fulfillment for mainstream and retail channel sales. Oversee logistics planning, including transportation scheduling and storage coordination. Optimize event budgets while maintaining cost-efficient sampling and promotional operations Requirements
3-5 years of experience in field marketing, retail activation, event marketing, or brand management, preferably in the food & beverage or CPG industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven success in managing multi-location brand activations and leading teams. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience securing retail and event partnerships. Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies. Excellent organizational and logistics planning skills, with experience in event operations and inventory management. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to travel across California as needed.
