Communicates university policies and procedures to internal and external customers
Serves as a liaison between the office and the university community
Hires and supervises student assistants
Assists with database management
Generates reports,
Assists with the administration of student activity fees
Develops and recommends policies and procedures relating to student success

Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience communicating policies and procedures in a higher education setting
Ability to plan, develop, and analyze work procedures

Experience utilizing BANNER or other student-oriented databases
Ability to supervise and direct the work of others
