Position Responsibilities

Contribute to the design of new solutions aimed at enhancing Customer Solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform and associated applications

Support SCIS Business Services by identifying opportunities where new or improved products can meet business needs. Conduct gap analyses and review current ("As-Is") versus future ("To-Be") processes

Create mock-ups and prototypes to demonstrate new capabilities within existing and upcoming solutions

Assist in identifying and quantifying potential benefits of proposed solutions when required

Under the guidance of the Product Lead, collaborate with the Salesforce IT development team to provide clear specifications and direction for product development initiatives

Support the Product Lead in solution design and ensure effective communication and understanding among Supply Chain Analysts (SCAs), Business Analysts (BAs), and Business Leads/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across markets

Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or IT Engineering with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience

Strong knowledge of information systems and technical trends

Knowledge of ERP, BI and SCM software

Previous experience in business process analysis (As-IS, To-BE, Gap Analysis)

Preferred Education and Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in designing business solutions, ideally focused on customer‑centric systems

1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce platform implementations

Proven ability in business process analysis, including current vs. future state assessments and gap analysis

Familiarity with Supply Chain solutions suchMS, TMS, and APS, as well as Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau, is a strong advantage
