Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language. Serve as a virtual, customer-facing role using video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions accurately. Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxes and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand. Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently. What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days. Compensation
Competitive base pay with a pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay range varies by location: Bay Area CA $28.80–$36.50 per hour, Southern CA $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, Hawaii $28.80–$36.50, Illinois $27.50–$34.80, Maryland $27.50–$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50, Minnesota $24.80–$30.30, New Jersey $28.80–$36.50, New York $28.80–$36.50, Ohio $24.80–$30.30, Vermont $27.50–$34.80, Washington $28.80–$36.50, Washington DC $28.80–$36.50. The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under applicable plans and programs.
