Job Description Location: Remote US or Hybrid.

Roles and responsibilities :

Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, including SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting, operations, reporting and analytics services.

Lead the entire sales process from prospecting through closing, including discovery, preparation of subject‑matter experts, developing presentations, follow‑up, pricing proposals, and negotiations.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of short-, medium- and long‑term opportunities via outreach and relationship nurturing.

Conduct high‑volume outreach using calling, emailing, marketing campaigns, Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.

Prepare for prospect meetings with organization and deliver high‑quality presentations and demonstrations.

Take a consultative approach to understanding prospects’ challenges, priorities and objectives, delivering tailored solutions.

Develop strategy and execution plan for each prospect engagement, leading to a well‑run sales process and high close rate.

Run complex, consultant‑led Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.

Maintain relationships with industry consultants and influencers to build brand advocacy.

Create and distribute thought leadership.

Plan and attend industry conferences to schedule meetings with target prospects.

Collaborate with internal team members and executives.

Organize presentation materials.

Build rapport with executive decision makers across the organization.

Work diligently as a contributor and collaborate with the sales team to forecast and achieve revenue targets.

Develop and maintain deep understanding of SS&C products and services and communicate unique value proposition.

Qualifications

7-15 years sales experience, preferably managing complex strategic sales processes.

Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios, including private and alternative products, investment operations, technology, regulatory capital requirements, asset allocation, tax, and risk management.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Self‑starter able to work independently and collaboratively, driving new revenue in a complex environment.

Organizational intelligence and ability to navigate a large, global organization.

Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000 plus uncapped commissions.
