Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform tasks efficiently
Learn from foreman
Understand crew goals for the day
Continuously improve skills and education
Use materials and tools efficiently
Follow systems
Understand which tools to use in specific circumstances
Respect tools and equipment and don’t damage or break them
Work safely
Follow safety guidelines
Wear PPE
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote company image
Keep trucks and equipment clean daily
Pass down company culture and professionalism
Maintain a positive attitude
Success Measures

Limit warranty work
Reduce accidents and work safely
