We are looking for a highly motivated and customer‑oriented individual to join our team in the Peckville Branch. In this role, you will support the customer sales and service functions of the branch, assist customers with transactions, coordinate work within the branch, and ensure efficient communication across departments.
This dynamic role requires flexibility based on branch customer volume and service needs. We provide all training and mentorship needed for success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide an engaging experience for all customers through execution of the Fidelity Model Experience and by embodying the organization’s core values.
Engage with customers to identify their financial needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
Assist customers in achieving their financial goals through consultative conversations.
Foster relationships with existing customers to identify cross‑selling opportunities and support customer retention and growth.
Provide direct service on deposit products and services, including completing necessary documentation and performing point‑of‑sale processing.
Solicit new business from prospective customers and nurture ongoing relationships with current customers to ensure continued growth.
