Responsibilities The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within a portfolio of properties. This includes onboarding, training, mentoring and coaching Maintenance Supervisors; assisting maintenance team members in performing complex repairs, troubleshooting, carrying out preventative maintenance; maintaining and improving the condition of property grounds and buildings; and ensuring the timely completion of work orders.
Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Minimum of seven years of maintenance or construction experience
Preferably six years as a full‑charge residential maintenance technician
Minimum five years supervising 3–4 staff members, including advanced leadership training
HVAC certification required
EPA certification required
Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations
Flex schedule, on‑call for emergencies on weekends, evenings, and holidays
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical and machinery repair
Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Must have hand tools, ANSI approved steel‑toe shoes, valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation
Willing to assist with other properties within the portfolio and surrounding portfolios as needed
Willing to travel up to 40% of the time
