Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season.
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Work collaboratively with a remote team and use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers.

What You Will Do
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, prepare full‑service returns, perform tax calculations, and manage inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
Interact with customers via video and audio tools, while documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and confident interaction through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
