What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell motions

Demonstrate advanced technical value and architect solutions to drive growth within the existing customer base

Maintain an expert‑level understanding of the employer's platform, architecture, and API capabilities

Design, scope, and validate deep technical solutions, including robust API integrations

Manage critical technical escalations, taking ownership of high‑priority issues that require in‑depth solutioning

What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager

Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape, including familiarity with GRC platforms and SIEMs

Strong experience with REST APIs and ability to guide customers on implementation

Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences

A collaborative mindset, effectively partnering with CSMs, Support, and Product teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a post‑sales or expansion‑focused role

Strong sales acumen and comfort in a commercial‑driven environment

Structured approach to diagnosing and solving ambiguous technical problems

Excellent communication skills, translating features into clear business value
