This is a full‑time role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include managing commercial property transactions, conducting market research, building client relationships, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice for purchasing, leasing, and selling commercial real‑estate properties. Agents are expected to work closely with clients and team members to ensure successful transactions and achieve organizational goals. The primary goal for the role is outbound marketing and working to close our existing listings.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage processes
Active and valid Real Estate License
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, including market analysis and property transactions
Proven skills in Sales and client relationship management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with the ability to work independently
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real‑estate operations
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus
