Responsibilities
Assess financial and grant management tools and resources used by federal grantees
Deliver customized training and technical assistance to enhance financial management practices
Provide subject matter expertise in developing innovative tools and resources
Plan and facilitate webinars, workshops, and other events to increase awareness of federal grants management
Apply knowledge of national trends and best practices in program implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited institution
Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or federal grants management
U.S. citizenship is required by federal government contract
Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to the start date
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing training and technical assistance to American Indian/Alaska Native communities or U.S. Territories
Proven ability to manage a full range of financial management and grants administration tasks
Demonstrated success in managing federal client relationships and deliverables
Customer-service orientation and experience working with federal/state grantees
Proficiency in planning and conducting virtual meetings and in-person training events
