Qualified Professional & Technical
Our client is seeking an associate with 3‑5 years of real estate law experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa.
Responsibilities
Draft & negotiate real estate & financing documents (purchase & sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, property management agreements).
Advise partners & clients on real estate transactions.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on transaction strategy.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA‑approved law school.
Active membership in the bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
3‑5 years of real estate law experience, including commercial real estate and financing transactions (mixed‑use, office, multi‑family, retail, hotels, resorts).
Strong writing & communication skills.
Experience drafting & negotiating documents related to real estate & financing transactions.
Experience in real estate development & joint venture work is a plus.
Compensation Expected salary range: $200,000 – $300,000, based on experience & location. Salary determined by education, experience, and location.
