ABOUT THE JOB Customer Relations Specialists are responsible for the majority of customer relations and providing customer service to our customers, primarily via email and phone. Engage with fellow ravers and EDM enthusiasts by providing support by phone, email, and in person! Job Duties: Assisting customers through email Assisting customers through live chat Assisting customers by phone Taking orders by phone Taking orders in person Explaining products and how they work Responding to customer service emails and providing the best solution for both the company and customer Ensuring that every customer leaves very happy Addressing return requests Monitoring company feedback on e-commerce sites Data Entry Improving the customer experience Assisting with other customer relations tasks Required Skills Awesome people skills Type at least 50 WPM Communications skills Organization and close attention to detail Fast paced worker that is self-motivated and ambitious to help others English, writing, and grammar proficient.
