What You’ll Do

Respond fast to incoming buyer leads and follow a proven follow‑up plan

Conduct buyer consultations and set clear expectations (financing, timelines, process)

Schedule and lead showings, write competitive offers, and negotiate terms

Guide clients from offer accepted through closing in partnership with our support team

Maintain clean notes and next steps in the CRM and follow the team workflow

Attend trainings/coaching and implement feedback quickly

Track weekly activity and results (conversations, appointments set/held, offers, contracts)

Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget

Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction

Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale

Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market

Assist clients in buying and selling properties

Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values

Be all in for our mentorship program

Show properties to potential buyers

Guide clients through the process of completing real estate transactions

Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry

Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate law

Negotiate contracts and terms of purchase or sale on behalf of clients

What We Provide

Strong lead flow and systems, so you’re not starting from scratch

Coaching, scripts, role‑play, and weekly accountability

Transaction coordination support to reduce admin load and keep you in production

A collaborative, high‑standard team culture

Compensation $75,000+ at plan commission

Qualifications

Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends

Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

Active real estate license (VA)

Coachable, competitive, and consistent with follow‑up

Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone

Able to work evenings/weekends as needed

Organized, responsive, and team‑oriented

CRM comfort preferred (or willingness to learn fast)

What Success Looks Like (first 30–60 days)

Consistent speed‑to‑lead + daily follow‑up habits

Buyer consults on the calendar weekly

Offers are written regularly, and a clear pipeline is built
