Responsibilities
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Connection Over Transaction:
Host open houses where you’re not just selling a property but understanding an individual’s dreams Be the Bridge:
Guide both the buyer and the seller to a happy ending, ensuring a seamless transaction process Follow-Up, Don’t Chase:
Keep in touch with leads through thoughtful communication, turning prospects into long‑term clients Qualifications
Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
