We provide our clients timely and accurate information regarding real estate occupancy status and property condition. We hire independent contractor inspectors in numerous states who set their own schedules, use their own vehicles, and complete inspections on time without direct direction. No inspection license is required; inspectors are self‑motivated, organized individuals who visit properties, take photos, and submit results via an industry phone app. Inspectors are paid a fee for each inspection they complete.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect properties in assigned zip codes
Communicate promptly if an inspection cannot be completed by the due date
Complete inspections to client expectations
Stay current with inspection requirements
Return and redo incomplete inspections
Schedule inspections during daylight hours
Maintain professional conduct and appearance
Follow town, county, and state safety requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Mobile phone (iPhone or Android) with camera; preferably 4G
EZ Inspections phone app (free download)
Reliable desktop or laptop with printer and high‑speed internet
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, fuel‑efficient vehicle
Ability to route inspections effectively and locate properties
Clear background check
