Responsibilities
Inspect assigned properties within designated zip codes.
Notify the company promptly if an inspection cannot be completed by the due date.
Complete inspections to our client expectations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Stay current with inspection requirements and best practices.
Return to incomplete inspections and finalize the work.
Schedule inspections during daylight hours and ensure timely completion.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct during all visits.
Adhere to all applicable town, county, and state safety regulations.
Requirements
Mobile phone (iPhone or Android) with a camera; 4G connectivity preferred.
EZ Inspections phone app (free download).
Reliable desktop or laptop with high‑speed internet access and printer.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable, fuel‑efficient vehicle.
Effective route planning and ability to locate properties accurately.
Clear background check.
