We are seeking independent contractors to inspect properties in various states. As an inspector, you will be responsible for visiting and taking photos of properties, inputting results using an industry phone app, and providing property updates.
Responsibilities
Inspect properties in specific zip codes Communicate with the company if inspections cannot be done by the due date Complete inspections to client expectations Stay current with inspection requirements Redo inspections if necessary Schedule inspections during daylight hours Maintain a professional appearance and behavior Follow safety requirements Requirements
