Chief Legal Officer (Managing Attorney)
The Managing Attorney will hold the Chief Legal Officer title and oversee attorneys in a high volume personal injury practice.
Salary Range $300,000.00/yr - $600,000.00/yr
Responsibilities The Chief Legal Officer will directly manage a team of 50+ attorneys and hold full responsibility for their internal case management process and workflow. He or she will directly oversee, and hold accountable, 50+ practicing attorneys. The Chief Legal Officer will own the case management requirements and ensure compliance from intake through pre‑litigation and close‑out phases.
Qualifications The Chief Legal Officer must hold a JD and have a PI legal background in a revenue–generating capacity. He or she will have volume practice experience and be able to improve and win cases, creating significant value through investigation, workup, etc. A background that includes comprehensive knowledge of the insurance/carrier side of the investigation plus medical is required.
