Bilingual Intake Specialist (West Palm Beach/Port Saint Lucie)
A growing personal injury law firm in Port St. Lucie is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish/English) to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is critical in providing compassionate, professional, and efficient client intake while supporting attorneys and staff with case screening and documentation.
Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and conduct initial client intake in both Spanish and English
Screen potential personal injury cases and gather detailed information
Explain firm services, intake procedures, and next steps to prospective clients
Accurately enter client and case information into the case management system
Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals
Follow up with potential clients and maintain clear, empathetic communication
Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm policies and legal standards
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Prior intake experience in a personal injury law firm preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Comfortable handling high call volume and sensitive situations
Proficient with legal case management software and basic computer systems
