Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies to drive Pro Product success and customer retention
Analyze product adoption data and account trends to identify actionable insights and customized solutions
Collaborate with Pro Implementation and Pro Account Management teams to enhance customer onboarding and product utilization
Foster a high-trust environment to ensure positive customer experiences and referrals
Engage actively with Product teams to ensure customer needs are effectively communicated
What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts or 1+ years in the home services industry in a relevant role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and make data-driven decisions
Experience managing complex customer initiatives with strong project management fundamentals
Ability to translate product adoption data into executive-level value conversations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
BA/BS degree preferred
Experience in the Trades or field services ecosystem
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with various teams
Background in supporting field-based sales and operations teams in a technology environment
