What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage Pro Account Executives to achieve performance objectives

Monitor the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Pro Products

Shape and implement effective sales strategies and processes

Mentor team members and foster strong customer relationships

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and product adoption

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience

At least 5 years of experience in a SaaS environment

Direct account executive or account manager quota-carrying experienceBachelor's degree required

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with the preferred industry experience

Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Google Slides

Experience in remote working environments

High emotional intelligence and excellent cross-functional communication skills

Creativity and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
