What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and maintain relationships with Enterprise and Strategic customers pre and post‑sale

Conduct product demonstrations and lead onboarding sessions to drive product adoption

Gather customer feedback to prioritize future product features and enhancements

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and measure adoption efforts and marketing campaigns

Track business impact and report findings to cross‑functional stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

5-6 years of experience in sales, account management, and/or solution engineering roles

Proven ability to manage Enterprise and Franchise level initiatives with effective communication

Experience in qualifying, sourcing, upselling, negotiating, and closing deals

Technical expertise in product demonstrations and post‑sale troubleshooting

Ability to thrive in a quota‑driven environment with creativity and minimal direction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Understanding of SaaS subscription models, particularly in the home services industry

Experience in relationship building and communicating value propositions effectively

Demonstrated excellence in cross‑functional communication across multiple functions
