Lead Auto Technician (2nd Shift)
Carvana, the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience to join our 2nd shift inspection centers.
Responsibilities
Perform extensive repairs and heavy engine work.
Conduct advanced vehicle diagnostics on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
Repair advanced vehicle electrical issues.
Install, repair, and replace vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems.
Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
General Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment and tolerate excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
Use of safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.

Pay Range $33.00 - $39.00 hourly
