Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver correct answers to customers using everyday language.
Serve as a virtual, customer‑facing role, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
In the United States, you may earn supplemental income by helping people with their taxes.

Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.
What You Need
Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation package with strong pay‑for‑performance rewards. Base pay ranges by location (example: Bay Area CA $28.80 - $36.50 per hour, Southern CA $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50).
