What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer using everyday language.
Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Actively holds an unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken.
Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
