Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage in Tennessee that provides our agents with at least 10–20+ incoming real estate leads per week. 40–100+ leads a month help keep agents booked in the busy Tennessee real estate market.
Leads come from a variety of sources, including Zillow for residential buyers, and commercial lease listings for office, restaurant, retail and industrial space.
Leads We give each agent at least 10–20+ leads per week. The system has been in place since 2007 and works for a small group of agents.
Residential Leads Residential buyer and seller leads are available. We also provide incoming seller leads.
Commercial Leads Commercial lease leads for office, restaurant, retail, and industrial space, along with larger commercial investor leads.
Split Information
80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years
After 3 years, you keep 100% commission on your own leads after a $5,000 cap
50/50 split on company‑provided leads
100% commission on personal real estate transactions
100% commission for nuclear family
We have agents who have been with us for 10–15+ years and they don’t typically need leads from us; however, we can back them up when required.
No desk fees or transaction fees. We value long‑term success and a low‑turnover environment.
Requirements
Tennessee Real Estate License is strictly required.
The split structure is non‑negotiable; please only apply if you are comfortable with it.
