Pay will be based on how large the project is We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support commercial & high-end residential construction projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with project managers to deliver competitive and successful bids. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects. Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine scope, materials, and labor for a full proposal.
