About the Role: Our Sacramento office is seeking a skilled Litigation Secretary to support our Employment Law team. The ideal candidate will provide high‑level administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling complex employment matters, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, format, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery in state and federal courts.

Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings.

Draft correspondence and assist with document revisions.

Organize and manage case files, exhibits, and trial preparation materials.

Coordinate e‑filing and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.

Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Assist with billing and time entry as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of litigation secretary experience, preferably in employment law.

Strong knowledge of California court rules and e‑filing systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case‑management software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
