Responsibilities & Qualifications
Leading the design, configuration, and management of billing output (invoices, statements) for utility companies.
Focusing on Print Workbench, SAP Forms (SmartForms/Adobe), and integration with Billing/Invoicing, Finance (FICA), and Device Management.
Creating accurate, customized, and efficient customer communications with experience working hands‑on as an SAP EAM Solution Architect in IS‑U.
3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Experience leading teams remotely, onsite and offshore.
Experience interfacing with clients to understand their business requirements.
