SAP Service Cloud Lead with Utilities experience
that wants to be part of our team. The right person for this role will need to have experience with S/4 HANA implementation. Position is available immediately!

Skills & Experience:
Leading, designing and architecting the implementation of Customer Service solutions in the IS‑U framework, integrating with front‑office Service Cloud (C4C) and back‑office systems like FICA/Billing.
Ensuring best practices, guiding teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering seamless digital customer experiences for utility companies, configuration, and management of billing output (invoices, statements) for utility companies.
3+ full‑cycle SAP implementations.
Experience leading teams remotely, onsite, and offshore.
Experience interfacing with clients to understand their business requirements.
