you’ll be at the forefront of helping borrowers overcome financial challenges while personally achieving a rewarding performance outcome and career growth opportunities. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in negotiation, compassionate communication, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication from consumers and their representatives via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat. Offer solutions to help consumers resolve their accounts through effective negotiation and listening skills. Maintain clear and cohesive notes and documentation related to all open and pending receivable balances being pursued. Excel in collections performance by exceeding goals and key performance indicators (KPI's) Adhere to expected quality and compliance standards within the collections industry You Have:
High School Diploma or GED. College education is a plus. 2+ years of experience as a Collections Specialist or in roles that align such as phone sales, banking, financial services Skilled in de-escalating conversations and building trust Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Great typing skills to be able to chat, email consumers professionally and quickly Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel , Mac experience is a plus Benefits and Compensation:
