Who You Are You are an experienced community service technician with at least one year of property maintenance or similar experience, passionate about delivering the utmost customer service as part of a team that interacts primarily with our residents. Overall, you’re responsible for completing service requests in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services as needed, maintaining curb appeal, and optimizing the life and value of our physical assets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform repair and maintenance services
Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property
Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
Optimize the life and value of physical assets
