Who You Are You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or similar experience and a passion for delivering the utmost customer service. You will be part of a team that interacts most with our residents, completing service requests in a timely manner, performing repair and maintenance services, maintaining curb appeal, and optimizing the life and value of the physical asset.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform repair and maintenance services

Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property

Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests

Optimize the life and value of physical assets

Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of property maintenance or similar experience.
