Produce Clerk – Sprouts Farmers Market
Join our winning team at Sprouts Farmers Market as a Produce Clerk. In this role, you will handle, prepare, and merchandise farm‑fresh produce to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in our store. You will stock, face, fill, and organize all product items according to the Produce Department schematics, ensure tag and pricing accuracy, maintain product knowledge, and regularly rotate merchandise with trimming, watering, and merchandising tasks. You will also perform inventory control, answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner, and thrive in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.

Using a knife (other than safety cutters) Using a ladder Operating garbage or cardboard compactor Operating any motor/electronically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks) Working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods of time
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age Dependable and reliable with flexible scheduling, including night, weekends, and holidays Respectful and upholds Sprouts’ culture of diversity, equity and inclusion Positive attitude and customer interaction skills Good communication skills and ability to take direction Can perform repetitious activities, multitask, prioritize and stay organized Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, stack and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and a utility cart up to 20 lbs. over specified distances Walk up to 5 miles in an 8‑hour shift Adherence to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations Ability to perform other related duties as assigned
