Mission Linen Supply
is seeking a Route Relief Driver to drive and provide services to customers on designated routes in your community. We are looking for extremely motivated sales‑oriented individuals. This position revolves around sales and is paid commission on what you develop.
Pay : $26 an hour. Starting pay is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment. Once a route is assigned the average total annual compensation for the Route Sales and Service Representative position is over $80K with potential for much more.

Qualifications
Must have sales and customer service experience.
Must have a clean driver’s license.
Must be able to drive a 26’ bobtail truck.
Must be comfortable loading/unloading your own truck with up to 50 lbs bags of linen daily.
Must pass drug tests and clinic physical.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with company standards.
Call on prospective customers to solicit new business.
Inform regular customers of new products or services.
Drive truck to deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customer’s place of business.
Collect or pick up rejected or unsold laundry and/or uniforms; load/unload truck.
Develop and maintain the customer's goodwill by providing assistance to the customer, demonstrating an interest in the customer, devoting time to the customer, and practicing courtesy towards the customer at all times.
Conduct business in a professional manner to minimize or eliminate customer complaints; handle the complaints and questions in the same manner as stated, making sure that the supervisor is kept informed and able to assist if necessary.
Listen to and resolve service complaints; maintain inventory and follow company policies on inventory control.
Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer invoices.
Issue or obtain customer signature on invoices for pickup or delivery.
Record delivery and inventory information on daily invoices.
Clean inside of the truck; perform routine maintenance on truck.
Attend training and service department meetings.
