Mission Linen Supply is seeking a Route Relief Driver, a sales‑oriented active driver who will provide delivery services to customers on designated routes in your community. The position revolves around sales, with pay based on commission and other factors.
The Route Relief Driver pay is $24 per hour. The starting pay is based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment. Once a route is assigned, the average total annual compensation for the Route Sales and Service Representative position is over $80,000 with potential for much more.

Sales and customer services experience
Clean driver’s license
Ability to drive a 26‑ft bobtail truck
Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs bags of linen daily
Pass drug test and clinic physical
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with company standards.
Call prospective customers to solicit new business.
Inform regular customers of new products or services.
Drive truck to deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customers’ places of business.
Collect or pick up rejected or unsold laundry and/or uniforms; load/unload truck.
Develop and maintain customer goodwill by providing assistance, demonstrating interest, devoting time, and practicing courtesy.
Conduct business professionally to minimize or eliminate complaints; handle complaints and questions, informing supervisor as needed.
Listen to and resolve service complaints; maintain inventory and follow company policies on inventory control.
Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on invoices.
Obtain customer signatures on invoices for pickup or delivery.
Record delivery and inventory information on daily invoices.
Clean inside truck; perform routine maintenance.
Attend training and service department meetings.
