Manage multiple transactions with strong attention to detail and organization
Proactively generate business and contribute to a collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For
Active Virginia real estate license (required)
2+ years of experience as a practicing real estate agent
Strong understanding of local markets and pricing strategies
Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
Self‑motivated, professional, and relationship‑driven
Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once
Someone who values collaboration, brand consistency, and growth
