Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Real Estate Agent role located in Manhattan, NY. The Luxury Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including client meetings, property showings, market analysis, contract negotiations, and closings. The agent will build and maintain strong client relationships, leverage Compass's technology and resources, develop marketing strategies to showcase properties, and stay informed on market trends to provide expert advice. Exceptional customer service and a focus on delivering results are central to this role.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in real estate transactions, including showing properties, negotiating contracts, and managing closings
Strong understanding of the Manhattan real estate market and luxury property trends
Ability to develop tailored marketing strategies and promote properties effectively
Exceptional customer service, relationship‑building, and communication skills
Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Proficiency in using real estate software, digital tools, and marketing platforms
Valid New York real estate license and prior experience in luxury real estate preferred
Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a passion for real estate
