Join a dynamic trial-focused law firm as a Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 38 years of civil defense litigation experience, ideally with background in insurance defense. Responsibilities
Handle diverse caseload of defense matters (personal injury, premises liability, general liability). Manage all litigation phases: discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, pre‑trial prep. Work with senior attorneys on trial strategy; assist at trial as second chair; opportunities to grow to first‑chair. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, adjusters, in‑house counsel. Provide support and mentorship to junior team members and staff. Qualifications
2–8 years of civil litigation experience, with focus on insurance defense strongly preferred. Proven ability to independently manage caseload and meet deadlines in fast‑paced litigation environment. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. JD with active and good standing TX Bar. Benefits
