Responsibilities
Welcome potential residents via phone or in‑person.
Assist prospects in finding a new apartment by showing units and providing tours of the community.
Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.
Collaborate with the Property Manager to coordinate community and resident appreciation events.
Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.
Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external vendors.
Requirements
Must be 18 years old or older.
At least 1+ year of experience in sales and customer service.
Previous leasing experience is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
