Location: Santa Barbara Public Market.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time.
Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Culinary Prep: Prepare fresh ingredients—including cutting meats, chopping vegetables, and making signature sauces—according to recipes and specifications.
Order Execution: Prioritize and execute guest orders quickly and accurately, ensuring every dish is plated to ‘Que’s standards and table orders are completed together.
Inventory & Safety: Follow proper labeling, storage, and FIFO procedures. You will stock and organize inventory, put away deliveries, and maintain required daily kitchen logs.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and food safety guidelines.
