Position: Banquet Sous Chef The Banquet Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef or Banquet Chef in ensuring high quality banquet service for a high volume, high pace signature restaurant or banquet setting.
Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day operation of high volume high pace signature restaurants or banquets.
Align banquet offerings with the F&B concept and continuously enhance the creative process.
Manage a kitchen team with hands‑on approach and constant training.
Maintain a great guest approach and strong leadership skills.
Demonstrate strong technical culinary skills.
Qualifications
Culinary degree and several years of experience in high volume high quality restaurants.
Proficiency with ordering system (BirchStreet), time management system (Heath) and general computer skills.
Strong administrative skills and proven track record of creating recipes (BirchStreet).
Legal work authorization in the United States.
