Are you ready to play a key role in a dynamic, high-performing sales team? Kolter Homes is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Sales Administrator to support our Senior Vice President of Sales and elevate the performance of our sales department.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct administrative support to the SVP of Sales, including coordinating travel, meetings, reports, and special projects.
Create and maintain sales documents such as pricing sheets, policies, financing flyers, and community handouts.
Maintain and update CRM data, tracking sheets, and internal reporting tools.
Assist with onboarding and execution of new community openings—timeline management, delegation, and coordination.
Partner with marketing and IT teams to manage internal systems and websites, including MLS listings and presentation kiosks.
Coordinate sales team training sessions and track participation.
Build and distribute reports, presentations, and custom materials to support team objectives.
Respond to Better Business Bureau inquiries and manage process improvements across teams.
What You Bring:
2–4 years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally with a homebuilder or fast-paced sales organization.
Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service best practices.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Experience working with CRM systems and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
High attention to detail, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
